Daily Routine

Breakfast; children engage in conversation with their peers and prepare for the day ahead.
Planned activities such as art and craft work or building with construction toys
Snack time
Garden play or exploring our local environment related to our monthly theme
Lunch time
Nappy changes & tooth brushing
Sleep time; children who do not need a sleep have quiet time and engage in quiet play such as looking at books, listening to story tapes or putting puzzles together
Planned activities e.g. water & sand play or sorting trays
Tea
Nappy changes & toileting
Musical activities such as singing nursery rhymes with instruments
Free Play & completing activities for display; children are able to choose the area they would like to play in.
